Chris Cornell is arguably one of the greatest rock vocalists of the past three decades.
Considered as one of the chief architects of the 90’s grunge movement, Cornell’s amazing 4 octave range and powerful belting have mesmerized singers and fans for decades.
With songs and albums that ruled the world such as:
Temple Of The Dog, Say Hello To Heaven, Hunger Strike, Flower, Outshined, Rusty Cage, Seasons, Spoonman, The Day I Tried To Live, Black Hole Sun, Fell On Black Days, Pretty Noose, Cochise, Like A Stone, and the list goes on.
For this session, I chose to focus on the Casino Royale track “You Know My Name.”
Just a great song with a killer performance.
I tried to stay within the style of Chris, while adding some of my own nuances.
