Great Singing For Girls

Let’s face it guys, we may think
we’re all that in the Rockstar department
but these girls have us all beat…

In recognition of Women’s Equality Day on August 26, we have to hand it over to a number of female singers who have gone beyond equality.
Her career may have been tragically short but today’s female singers are still being compared to Janis Joplin. “Is she as good as Janis…?” we hear it all the time, and if truth be told, rightfully so. Janis embodied the key ingredient to being truly great, ‘give it your all!”
Have you seen Janis Joplin do her thing?

Funny enough, there’s a young teenager on the scene now, who embodies Janis in voice and spirit, have you seen 13-year-old Courtney Hadwin explode on America’s Got Talent!?

At 13 years old, if she takes care of her voice and really learns how to sing properly, Courtney Hadwin has a lifelong career in front of her.
The first season of American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, went on to have a stellar career, and rightfully so, she can sing better than most singers on the planet today! She is a modern day inspiration to many young girls wanting to start singing – Kelly Clarkson is an example of a singer with a story to tell – which is another key factor in becoming a good singer, sing from the heart!
Check out the killer vocals in Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger.”

The current American Idol Live 2018 tour has some incredible female talent, too – in fact, this year’s winner is Maddie Poppe who is awesome, as are Catie Turner, Gabby Barrett, and Jurnee. Jurnee has had to take a break because of vocal cord problems, this underscores the importance of proper vocal coaching!

Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy has taught thousands of girls how to sing their butts off and some of them have gone on to have great careers as lead singers, fulfilling their lifelong dreams of being on stage in front of thousands.
KTVA’s Gabriela Gunčíková went on to become a lead singer in Trans Siberian Orchestra and made it into the final round of the 2016 Eurovision song contest, appearing on live television before a worldwide audience of 15 million viewers. Gabriela has starred in many of Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy’s singing videos and has set the bar very high for both men and women singers. But she earned it, she contacted Ken Tamplin back in 2011 and from that moment on she worked day and night to become the truly great singer she is today. And she reminds us that if you set your mind to it, you can do it… with the proper vocal coaching of course!
Check out some of Gabriela’s videos:

Another great female KTVA vocalist is Alyona Yarushina from Russia, she has many awesome singing demonstration videos on the official Ken Tamplin Vocal Academy YouTube channel, here’s one for you to enjoy now!
