Join Now!Lou Gramm is one of my FAVORITE singers of all time so I’m very excited to be doing a reaction today to Foreigner.
They are one of the world’s best-selling bands of all time with worldwide sales of more than 80 million records, including 37.5 million records in the US.
The name of the band came from the fact that half the members were from England and half from the US so they all could call themselves foreigners.
Band members Mick Jones and Gramm wrote most of their songs together. They had a very fruitful songwriting partnership, with each bringing a range of musical influences to their compositions.
In 2013, they were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, where they performed together for the first time since 2003.
Foreigner has dissolved and re-formed several times over the years. Mick Jones is the only original member of the band who has remained with the group since the beginning.
I’ll be reacting to “I Want To Know What Love Is” along with “Hot Blooded”. “I Want To Know What Love Is” was the band’s most successful tune. It hit number one in both the United Kingdom and the United States. It is listed as one of Rolling Stone Magazine’s greatest songs of all time at number 479.
Get ready for an epic performance with no tracks, no auto-tune, just a RAW display by one of the all-time GREATS!
