    • It took Boston guitarist Tom Scholz more than 5 years to complete the song “More Than A Feeling” but it definitely ended up being worth the wait.

    The tune was one of a number of songs that Scholz worked on in his basement before Boston ever got a record contract.

    It ended up being released as the lead single off of their debut album and peaked at number 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.

    Now a classic rock staple, the song was ranked by Rolling Stone as one of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
