Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our “own-it” formats (USB options, DVD options, or download options), nor do we offer refunds on web cam lessons, consultations or private in-studio lessons.

Shipping

All physical products ship within 48 hours of purchase and ship normal U.S. mail.

For domestic orders, please allow up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Tracking is provided for all domestic orders. 

For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

For download options, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your content within 1 hour of purchase.

If Your Download Links Expire…

Your download links will expire 30 days after your purchase.

If by the end of those 30 days you have been unable to download your content, you can re-open your links by emailing us at help@kentamplinvocalacademy.com and paying a $10.95 fee.

Upgrading Your Product

Upgrading from “Course” to “Course Plus” (DVD & USB): There is a flat $150 fee when upgrading any hard copy (USB or DVD) from “Course” to “Course Plus.”
