You may cancel 24 hours in advance to be receive a lesson credit reimbursement. Running late or missing a lesson will unfortunately result in a loss of whatever amount of that lesson is missed.
Due to our limited vocal coach capacity, we are unable to rollover unscheduled lessons at this time.
With our limited vocal coach capacity, we unfortunately don’t have the ability to reschedule a lesson due to technical issues. We encourage you to troubleshoot technical issues prior to your lesson through dialing in on your phone and computer or with a friend.
