Ken i’ve noticed you always tend to roll your tongue or do something weird with it, I’ve always been taught to relax the tongue and the back of the teeth.

Why is it you do this?

Ken Tamplin:

@bsol07: When you learn more advanced forms of open throat technqiue, you will learn first to drop the tongue to the base of the jaw to force and hold the back of the throat open at all times. When you get really good at it you will find that when the tongue protrudes forward, it actually pulls aways from the back of the throat. Not only can you create more space, but you can manipulate vowel and consonant sounds much easier this way.
