I have been doing your stage one singing lessons program for a little over a month now. I’m so impressed on the changes. It’s like I found a whole new area to sing from. I have one concern though. Are these exercises meant for everyday, or is a vocal rest needed just like a break is needed for every other muscle?
Doing the program 5-6 days per week is optimal. Take one to 2 days off… preferably one day per week…
