Pat Benatar’s husband Neil Giraldo has long been her lead guitarist, in addition to also writing songs for Benatar.

Giraldo played guitar and keyboard for Pat’s breakout hit “Heartbreaker” which propelled her debut album to platinum status.
Since the song was written by British songwriters it contained expressions that would have been foreign to most Americans and thus Benatar was tasked with cleaning them up.
The song has gone on to be named as one of the best hard rock songs of all time and next up Sara Loera is taking on the classic tune.
