Pat Benatar – Fire and Ice – Isolated Vocals

As I’ve mentioned several times, I have felt that there have been a few legendary singers that have “slipped through the cracks” of long-term legendary status.

In the male rock world, we’ve seen singer such as Axl Rose, Freddie mercury, Sebastian Bach, and a few others maintain a high level of visibility as a legendary rock seniors, all the while, other incredible vocalists such as Lou Graham, Steve Walsh, David Coverdale, Paul Rodgers, and many, many others seem to have become “forgotten.”

This is a shame because a younger audience who would really appreciate their incredible talents have been somewhat lost by the hype of those who have stayed on top.

My goal with this series, particularly with Pat Benatar, is to showcase talents that may have gotten overlooked.
