Love them or hate them it’s impossible not to deny Greta Van Fleet’s talent.
The band consists of 3 brothers (2 of which are twins) and their friend and drummer Danny Wagner.
The name Greta Van Fleet actually came from an elderly women back in their hometown of Frankenmuth, Michigan. Her name is Gretna Van Fleet so they removed the “n” and asked for her permission.
The band has been notoriously compared to Led Zepplin for their similiar sound. Robert Plant himself has said they are one of his favorite young bands and “are Led Zepplin I”.
Their debut full-length studio album, Anthem of the Peaceful Army topped the Billboard Rock Album charts in the first week after its release.
