KTVA Refunds, Upgrades, and Policies
We offer a 100% unconditional, 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our monthly streaming options. Just cancel your subscription, send us your receipt and a brief reason for your refund request, and you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.
We do not offer refunds on any of our “own-it” formats (USB options, DVD options, or download options), nor do we offer refunds on web cam lessons, consultations or private in-studio lessons.
Refunds are one-per-customer. If you request a refund, and then in the future purchase another one of our products—you will not be able to receive a refund on that second product.
All physical products ship within 48 hours of purchase and ship normal U.S. mail.
For domestic orders, please allow up to 10 days from the date of purchase. Tracking is provided for all domestic orders.
For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
For download and streaming options, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your content within 1 hour of purchase.
Stopping & Restarting Your Subscription
If there is a lapse in payment while you are signed up for streaming, a $24.95 reinstatement fee will be required to set your account back up with all its former content.
After You’ve Received All Your Content (Streaming)
(The following applies to everyone who has purchased one of our streaming options)
After you’ve received all of your content, you can continue to access all of your content by paying a monthly fee that is 50% of what you were paying up to that point – so $13.50/month for streaming the Course, and $14.50/month for streaming the Course Plus.
If Your Download Links Expire…
Your download links will expire 30 days after your purchase.
If by the end of those 30 days you have been unable to download your content, you can re-open your links by emailing us at email@example.com and paying a $10.95 fee.
Upgrading Your Product
If you would like to upgrade your subscription, please do not cancel it – but rather, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – and let us know that you would like to upgrade your subscription.
Upgrading from “Course” to “Course Plus” (streaming): when upgrading from streaming “Course” to streaming “Course Plus,” you’ll pay $29.95 + the difference between the two startup fees (which is $99 – $69 = $30) + $2 for each month that has passed. In other words, how much you pay to upgrade will depend on how many months have passed – and will look like the following:

Upgrading from “Course” to “Course Plus” (DVD & USB): There is a flat $150 fee when upgrading any hard copy (USB or DVD) from “Course” to “Course Plus.”
Switching from STREAMING to DOWNLOAD, DVD, or USB: If you wish to switch from STREAMING your course content to one of our DOWNLOAD, DVD, or USB options – please email us at email@example.com and let us know that you would like to do this. If you upgrade within 30 days of purchasing the streaming, you will be able to apply 100% of your start up fee and first month’s payment as credit towards your future download, DVD, or USB purchase. If you upgrade *after* the 30-day refund period, you can still apply 50% of your startup fee as credit towards your download, DVD, or USB purchase.
