It’s awesome to see fresh young organic rock music come out these days instead of highly processed computer / Melodyne (auto-tune) driven plastic music.
Greta Van Fleet is certainly is one of those bands!
3 brothers from the Michigan city of Frankenmuth (little Bavaria), were determined to put rock back on the map!
With their heavily Led Zeppelin influenced sound, and just winning a Grammy, they have certainly done just that.
While out of the 10 Led Zeppelin albums released (Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, Led Zeppelin III, Led Zeppelin IV, Houses Of The Holy, Physical Graffiti, Presence, The Song Remains The Same [live], In Through The Out Door and Coda), Led Zeppelin never managed to snag a Grammy. (I guess it’s tough to win the favor of the Grammys) 🙂
Greta Van Fleet, only releasing one full length album (Anthem of the Peaceful Army) managed to do what eluded Led Zeppelin.
So I thought it would be a great time to react to this wonder band.
