One of the most elusive and frustrating things is not being able to
hit that note that you want to hit.
Often times we approach the high note with fear and trepidation
worrying and wondering if we will be able to pull it off.
It’s at this point the adrenaline in our body goes into fight or flight mode.
The problem is that the body becomes tense and shuts down and inhibits
the freedom to relax and be able to hit those notes with consistency.
