John Fogerty is the perfect balance between a great singer-songwriter and a great singer-performer.
His songs are very engaging with good storytelling and the tunes are always catchy and memorable.
Instrumentally, John has always had great guitar riffs, and the hooks are always very unforgettable.
As frontman to Creedence Clearwater Revival, John did it all, writing the songs, playing guitar, and even producing.
After leaving CCR, John pursued a solo career which is still active today and he has gone on to be named in both Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Songwriters and 100 Greatest Singers.
