    • “Faith” used a very unusual intro that started with the sound of a church organ playing the tune from the 1984 Wham! hit “Freedom”.

    Can you think of any other songs that started with a tune that referenced a previous hit like that? Let me know in the comments section!

    In my own experience of trying to take on a George Michael song, I found it incredibly difficult to do due to his very unique phrasing.

    We’ll look at this more in depth as we listen to his isolated vocals and see how he adds air and leans into the sound to create velocity and that distinct sound he was known for.
