    • So, Sara and I were sitting around thinking of ideas for songs to do in the studio.

    Some of the songs we had just come off doing were serious rock songs like Back In Black, TNT, Breaking The Law, and a couple of others.

    And we just wanted to take a break and do something kind of fun and silly.

    So I Hate Myself For Loving You was one of the first songs that came to mind!

    I literally fired up an instrumental track I had and Sara “jokingly” did this version on the first take.

    She said behind the studio glass, “yea I think this would be a fun one to do!” And I said, YOU JUST DID IT! I recorded it while you were messing around!

    And there you have it ladies and gentleman!

    This is Rock And Roll!
