Having the majority of rock and hard rock music being male dominated, Sara and I thought it would be fun to take on a Black Sabbath song with Ronnie James Dio at the helm.
So we chose Neon Knights.
If you look across all of rock and metal history, you will see that there’re not very many females that can cut it when it comes to this kind of singing.
I did do a vocal demonstration with my student Gabriela Gunčíková of a DIO medley I will post in the description of this video.
While we recognize we did not get up to Ronnie’s standards, we do enjoy phenomenal talent like Ronnie, and wanted to pay homage to him as such an amazing vocalist.
We hope you appreciate our efforts.
