I have seen many people try to cover this song and, in my opinion, I have not seen anyone performing as well as Lara Fabian. That is until I saw Dimash Kudaibergen take it on!
The song begins with the warm melancholy of a lover waiting for their loved one intensely, in despair, sorrow and hope.
The song continues to escalate with very difficult intervallic vocal lines and a fantastic display of crescendo and diminuendo phrases bringing on an intimacy with the listener second to none.
