Journey – Open Arms – Kati Cher – Cover

The interesting thing about singing Journey songs is that Journey is one of those vocal bands that raised the bar so high that it became the “go to” to prove out one’s talent for singing in the rock world.

There are really only a handful of bands like this.

Steelheart, Boston, Jefferson Starship, TNT, Orion The Hunter, Foreigner, Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, Led Zeppelin, GN’R, and a few others.

Kati and I have been working very hard on increasing her dynamic range and her ability to sing in many different styles.

And in fact, we’ve taken on most of the bands I just mentioned.

And Open Arms is no exception.
