Roxette – Listen To Your Heart – Cover – Kati Cher

We are continuing our series on taking on some of the most difficult songs to sing in all of pop and rock history.

Next up is “Listen To Your Heart” by vocalist Marie Fredriksson from the band Roxette.

Marie left us too early and so, with a sad heart, we would like to pay tribute to her exceptional artistry. We hope that we did this song justice.

Marie had an incredible vocal range and a very unique style about her that was very engaging.

On a personal note, I also think it’s interesting that Marie was from Sweden and English was not her native language.

This is true for Kati as well. Kati is from Austria.

So in addition to tackling a difficult musical piece, we are also tackling singing in English as well.

We hope you enjoy this track as much as we enjoyed making it.
