    • Rainbow was another one of those bands that produced one great lead singer after another and the frontmen became quintessential examples of some of the greatest singing in all of rock.

    I’ll be looking at live performances of the band’s former frontmen starting with Ronnie James Dio whose evolution we’ll see through his open throat, effortless sound.

    We’ll also look at the more commercially successful frontmen Graham Bonnet and Joe Lynn Turner and we’ll compare them to Doogie White and Ronnie Romero.
