The Dixie Chicks and Beyonce sounds like a very unique collaboration but the artists came together for a highly entertaining performance of “Daddy Lessons” in today’s reaction.
The country group first experienced commercial success in 1998 with the release of their debut album under Sony Music. It sold 12 million copies making them the best selling country group or duo in country music history.
The band has gone on to win 13 Grammys and has sold over 27.5 million albums, making them the top selling all-female band and biggest selling country group in the US.
They’ll be joining Beyonce in a performance of her song “Daddy Lessons” which she released off her sixth studio album. The song has peaked at 41 on the Billboard Hot 100.
